Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzales-Collins, who is she is a Mexican American broadcaster. She works as an ESPN anchor of news and hosts SportsNation often. She was hired by ESPN in 2016. The daughter of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins speaks two languages and has been for a long time, starting at the age of 9. This ability has helped her get her first job at Univision, Miami. She could work alongside national producers on shows such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. Then she was offered the position of reporter for The CBS St. Petersburg affiliate after that. The year 2009 saw her move in Rio Grande Valley, Texas to become reporter for news on KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish channel KNVO TV 48 Univision and Fox2 News. Reporters covered issues related to the issue of immigration and trafficking drugs across both Texas as well as Mexico. Her duties as an anchor for weather, sports or other events were regularly requested. Later, she was the anchor reporter and anchor for Univision Dallas' Deportes 23. In the following years, she was given larger responsibilities. She also did segments on MLB's ALDS ALCS and World Series the Dallas Cowboys the NBA postseason and Finals FC Dallas and the Dallas Stars. In addition, she hosted Univision 23's local sports show Accion Deportiva Extra on which she was the anchor. Then, she became the sports host for the morning program of Despierta America Deportes. She also played the job for Primer Impacto on UniMas Network in addition to Contacto Deportivo for its magazine show. Antonietta's parents were originally of Veracruz Mexico. The family moved to Mexico City where she was born on the 22nd of November in 1985. She's more mature than her younger sister. The family left in 1992 Mexico to go to the US and settled in Miami. In 1992, her parents split then shortly thereafter in 1995 she got married again Fabio Fajardo who was an engineer from the navy who passed away in 2006 from kidney cancer. In the summer of 2006, she visited one week with her sibling at Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl was working at the time. A senior in high school, and with a clear idea what she would like to accomplish in her future, Antonietta attended the University of Mount Union to examine if it was a good fit for her needs. She loved the campus. They also offered the major that she desired. She finished school and enrolled at the college with a major in media studies. The professor she had was Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was student in her class, built a relationship that lasted for a lifetime with her. The professor who taught her Mark Bergmann inspired her with his enthusiasm in journalism. The professor also had a profound impact on her.
